I think your shipping costs are fine. The only thing that would concern me a little is that you can't really see all the clothes because they're overlapping. Since you mentioned some minior flaws, people might think you're trying to hide them by overlapping the clothes. I always like to see individual shots of items in a large lot. You do say that people can e-mail for more pictures, though, so hopefully they will. Good luck!

If you can edit the auction, maybe make it a point that the Sam's Christmas dress is the OLD version. That will probably make more people interested because it's retired.
